What a pleasant surprise. After seeing some negative reviews I had low expectations. However, I walked into the lobby to see a clean, updated seating and dining area. The desk agent (Jennifer) greeted me warmly and took care of my check-in very professionally. The room was attractive, spacious, well appointed, and very clean. Bed and 2 chairs comfy. Everything worked. Expectations exceeded! I'll be back.

Cleanest budget-friendly motel I've stayed in in all of Florida. Room was clean and well-maintained. Had Hangers for my clothes, lots lf room to store our gear (my wife and I are divers), and even a clean kroning board and iron! Curtains in the room almoat completely blacked out the lights from outside. While this motel is close tl the freeway, the rooms are well insulated and it is located in such a way to minimize nose from the road. Staff was professional and checked us in quickly. Cant say enough good about this place. Will keep it in mind for futre trips to the panhandle.
The lady manager was amazing! She is so accommodating, friendly and easy to work with! She set us in a room quickly knowing our situation with another hotel was disastrous! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The beds are heaven, the pool was clean, the service was outstanding! The property was clean and well managed and it was quiet both nights that we stayed! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! My husband, two children and I, will definitely be staying here again if we get over this way!
The room was great, well laid ot and clean but the bathroom needs Major work, otherwise it would have gotten 5 stars
Very nice property for the price. Room was clean and nicely furnished. Bed was very comfortable. The manager was very nice and welcoming. The only problem was with the TV. It only received about half the available channels. All the local stations were unwatchable. We mentioned it to the front desk the first day and they attempted to repair it, but without success. I’m sure they would have moved us to another room if we asked, but it wasn’t a big problem for us. Will definitely be back when we are back in Chipley.

Great service with super friendly staff. Very attentive to their guest needs. The rooms are a little dated and feel old. Beds were very comfortable. Felt safe at this hotel in a good location. Free breakfast in the morning which is OK. More than continental breakfast but not by much. Only hot item is make your own waffle. For anyone passing through id recommend this hotel.
